Payment Terms and Conditions for NET30 Method

Section 1: Eligibility Criteria for NET30 Payment Facility 1.1: Definition: In these terms and conditions, “Washington Cables” refers to the company providing products, and “Customer” refers to the entity or individual utilizing the NET30 payment method.

1.2: Eligibility Criteria: Washington Cables extends the NET30 payment facility to customers who meet the following criteria:

1.3: Customer History:

• Must have been a customer for at least 6 months.

• Must have placed a minimum of 8 orders during the last 6 months.

• Must have ordered products worth at least $16,000 from Washington Cables.

1.4: Documentation: Must supply verified copies of the required documents as specified by Washington Cables.

​

1.5: Application Processing: Applications for NET30 will be processed within 10 to 15 business days. Once approved, a monthly credit limit will be issued, non-transferable and non-accumulative, and will expire at the end of each month.

Section 2: Bill Payment and Markup Policy 2.1: Payment Terms: Full balance must be paid within 30 days from invoice issuance.

2.2: Grace Period: An additional 3 days grace period will be allowed. Late payments incur a 1% daily fee on the total balance.

2.3: Collection Measures: If payment is not received, Washington Cables reserves the right to take the following actions:

• Issue a Letter Before Action (LBA).

• Engage a debt collection agency if necessary.

2.4: Credit Limit Adjustment: Upon request, Washington Cables may increase your credit limit based on positive business relations.
