International Shipping

Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Washington Cables. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item(s) with terms and condition applied.

Only defective items will be returned other than on all returns, 25% restocking fee will be applied along with return shipping charges.

On all refunds, Inbound and return shipping charges will be paid by the customer other than defective products.

Products that have been used open or tampered are not eligible for return under any condition. Return item must be in its original packaging and in original condition with all the labels, serial numbers and sealed. Other wise return will not be accepted.

Products with specials pricing, sale and clearance will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Conditions for Return

Eligible Items: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or special-order items, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer service team at sales@washingtoncables.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

Package your item(s) securely, including the original packing slip and RMA number.

Ship your return to the address provided by customer service.
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange a return for your original item and place a new order for the replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
